All classes are ongoing unless there are designated dates below the class times.
Level 1-2: ongoing beginning level classes for both new students and those who want more basic instruction
Level 2-3: students familiar with the poses and wishing to move on to more challange
Prices: (excluding Pilates)
Drop in - $15.00
5 classes - $65.00 (expires in 3 months)
10 classes - $115.00 (expires in 6 months)
20 classes - $210.00 (expires in 1 year)
Student Discount - $5.00 off a 5 or 10 class card (must have ID at time of purchase)
Yoga Basics - $60.00 (6 week class; not applicable to other classes)
HATHA/ALIGNMENT: General physical postures with attention to alignment. YOGA BASICS: For those brand new to yoga. VINYASA FLOW/ALIGNMENT: Flowing energizing workout with attention to alignment. RESTORATIVE: Deeply restful and supported poses. GENTLE: Easy going postures.
PILATES: Stretch and core

Coming to Class:
No pre-registration is required for ongoing classes. Choose the class that fits your schedule and come a few minutes early on the first day. Please let the teacher know if there are any special physical issues.
