Diana Leoni started Yoga at age 50, 26 years ago. She has 200 hours of RYT certification and 300 hours of supplemental Anusara training. She has been teaching for 23 years. Diana loves teaching Yoga and watching her students become healthier, stronger, more flexible, and self-confident.
Holly Jones owns, operates, and teaches at Valley Yoga in Visalia. With a dancing
and education background plus more than two decades of yoga experience. Holly brings joy and positivity to her practice and yours. She has completed multiple certifications and training, but more important is her desire to share the benefits of a positive yoga practice with others.
Janice's yoga journey started by teaching herself while watching yoga VHS tapes and working at a gym as an aerobics instructor in the late 1990s. She soon found Valley Yoga and has practiced and taught here ever since. Janice loves the asanas or poses, the peace of the space, the physicality of the practice, and the other participants.

All are welcome to join Janice on the mat at Valley Yoga Wednesdays at 4 pm and Thursdays at 5:30 pm.
Pennie began her teacher training out of curiosity during the pandemic. She completed 200 hours of YTT at YogaFaith. She also has a 50-hour Children’s Yoga certificate and 50-hour Yin Training with Bernie Clark. She desires to serve by sharing the benefits and joy of yoga with all ages and sizes.
Ashley completed 200 hours of training. She is our newest instructor here and we are excited to offer Yoga for ALL and ALL level yoga class on Tuesdays
