Intended for all levels, a variety of Asana customization options will be offered.
Our Yin Blend class combines the passive, grounding practice of Yin yoga with a more active, flowing style like Vinyasa. This blend creates a balanced experience that strengthens and invigorates the body. The class begins with movement then transitions into longer-held Yin poses to target deep connective tissues. Perfect for all levels and abilities.
Tranquil Tuesdays focuses on Restorative, meditative, and relaxing yoga. Expect a calm and peaceful experience for all levels and abilities. All supplies, including mats, are provided. Just bring yourself and release.
